24hr Race| 25th - 27th Sept 2020 | Stilbaai

In September the series heads to Stilbaai in the Western Cape for the WCAD 24 hr race. Stilbaai is well known for touch rugby, surfing and sunshine but it is time to get to know the unexplored parts of the Hessequa region. The Langeberg mountains has spectacular valleys that you will be thrilled to get access to. The ruggedness of the arid fynbos sections will surprise you. And the untouched coastal sections of sandstone cliffs and long sandy beaches will take your breath away. This race also caters for those new to the sport with a 12 hr option. WCAD are thrilled to partner with the Gourikwa Nature Reserve, that will welcome you at the finish line.

Gariep Adventure Race

30hr Race | 16-18 Oct 2020 | Gariep Dam

The 2020 A1 SA series will wrap up in October with the 30 hr Gariep race in Freestate / Northern Cape. After some icy conditions at the inaugural Gariep race, Team Castle Lite would like to invite teams back to the area for a superb spring experience. Rising rivers and lush green grass are all signs of new life in the area and you will have to conquer whatever Mother Nature presents, as she tends to always surprise us during this time of the year. Guaranteed to be a navigational challenge for most, there will also be a 15 hr race on offer that would be kinder to the less experienced.
